The YG (Youth Group Meeting)
This is the church's primary weekly youth group meeting. Everyone who leads our youth has passed a criminal background check and gone through the church's interview process. All youth from grades 7-12 are invited to attend. From time to time some of our returning college students may participate. The group usually meets in the gym. On the first Sunday of October, the church has a tailgate service. Everything is moved outside. We have singing, preaching, fellowship, and food. Everyone is invited.

Bible Release Time
Our church has partnered with the Elgin Foundation to provide a special service just for children from grades 1-4 from the Sunbright School. We provided transportation on a yellow school bus from Sunbright School to the Church and back once a month. All children who participate must have a signed permission form from parents. All instruction is led by our Pastor. Security is provided at all times. All workers and leaders have past a complete background check and the names…

Operation Christmas Child Packing Party
This is an annual event where the church family will gather together and "pack a shoebox" for Operation Christmas Child and the Samaritan Purse international outreach program. Various items have been donated and we will place items within a shoebox and deliver to the appropriate place.

On the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, our church prepares Thanksgiving meals for folks in the community. People from our church can add the names for those who they wish to bless with a meal.
